Return & Refund Policy

At Vastravista, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since many of our products are custom-made and personalized, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Printed Products
As all customized products are made specifically according to customer requirements, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect design uploaded by the customer
- Color preference changes after order confirmation
- Personalized or custom-printed products that match the approved order details
2. Eligible Return & Refund Cases
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product differs significantly from the order placed.
3. Reporting an Issue
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Photos of packaging (if damaged)
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
4. Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed:
- We may approve a replacement product.
- We may issue a partial or full refund.
- We may request additional information before making a decision.
The final decision will be made by Vastravista after verification.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once a custom product has entered production, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Custom printed T-shirts
- Personalized apparel
- Bulk custom orders
- Special promotional or clearance items
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
